Intake Assessments

Some agencies require that assessments be done at various departments prior to making service plans. Assessments are unique to each service and are available to all workers engaged in a file.

Matrix Assessment Features

Matrix allows for the creation of dynamic assessments. An administrator can create a department specific assessment questionnaire using the assessment builder screen. Multiple versions of assessments can be kept on file to reflect changes made to assessment forms.
